What is our Sunrise Support Service?

After we hand over the website of your dreams, unfortunately, the work doesn’t stop there. This is why we offer all of our customers access to our Sunrise Support service. By signing up to one of our packages it means that we’ll become an extension of your team and manage your website for you to ensure that it maintains it’s high ranking position, make changes, fix bugs and design new content etc (a full breakdown of what’s included in each package is below). We don’t want your new website to add a load more tasks to your to do list, but we do want your website to be given the attention that it deserves after posting - that’s where we can help! 

What’s Included in the Sunrise Support Packages and How to Choose the Right One for You

We offer two packages, the Sunrise Mini and Sunrise Support. Let’s talk about what’s included in each of the support packages.

Support & Maintenence 

We’ll make sure that your website continues to run smoothly and fix any bugs or glitches that arise. It can be a bit of a learning curve getting to know your new site and systems, so we’ll be here to take care of it for you. When it comes to using your new softwares and systems we can provide video tutorials to teach your team how to use them so that they can watch them as many times as they need to feel confident.

SEO

We’ve learnt that hard way at the beginning of our digital journey that SEO is a continuous process. If you want your site to rank you need to be uploading new, valuable, human generated content continuously. Also it’s important to analyse your site’s engagement statistics (thanks Framer for making this much easier than other web builders) and then make adaptations accordingly. If this close attention is neglected then no matter how beautiful your site is, it’s going to fall down the search rankings.

Design Services

Since you’re business will has a fresh new look after completing your website, it ’s probably time to update your other marketing material. Since we’ll know your brand identity inside out at this point, we’d love to . From leaflets to letterheads, we can help you to ensure that your brand identity is updated throughout your business to ensure you customers recognise you everywhere. 

Development

You might find that when the site it is in use, it would be really handy to add an additional form, perhaps another page, a calculator or even a search bar. We can add new functionality features as and when you need them!

Automations

Once you realise how useful automations can be and how much time and resources is there to be saved, you’ll want to implement extra automations - trust us. We can discuss the process you’d like to automate next and integrate the correct automation for the job. We’ll also keep an eye on your existing automations to make sure they’re running smoothly.

How do the Sunrise Support Hours Work?

Depending on what package you choose you are allocated a set of Sunrise Support hours a month. You can ask us to create new marketing material such as leaflets, signage, business cards etc, we can design and implement promotional advertisements for your website, implement new functionality to your site or add new automations with these hours. Basically, if you need anything adding or designing, we can do this within your support package. we’ll let you know how many hours the task will take and take it out of your balance. If you don’t end up using all of your hours one month, they’ll roll over to the next month with a maximum of two moths worth of hours accumulated.
