What you'll learn from this post

  1. What we need from you before you make contact.

  2. How is best to reach out to us.

  3. What steps we go through once you’ve reached out!

Before we start, one thing from me… be excited! Having a new website can feel like a real daunting experience, it’s a big investment and a big change so we get there will be some nerves. All we advise is to speak to your team around you, your friends and family and stay excited for the project, we truly believe that our websites can change not only your online presence but also your day to day running for the better!

Reaching out

Stage one is down to you, once you have spent some time on our site and think we might be the right fit for you and your company then we’d love to hear from you! There’s a few different ways for you to reach out but some work better than others!

The ‘Get Started’ button in the top right will take you to a page with two forms. One form is a more complex form that allows us to gather as much information about the project as possible, meaning when we reach out to you we know a little bit about your brand and have had the opportunity to do our own research into you! It will also prompt you to think about some initial decisions about your site. If you have the time, this is the best option to make sure we have as much resources as possible from the start

The second form on this page will be a more simple contact us form, this will allow you to leave a brief description about your project, and your contact details which will allow one of our team to reach out to you to get the next stages started.

Alternatively, you can pick up the phone or drop us an email at any time, we’ll be more than happy to answer any immediate questions you may have, or of course get you booked in for a discovery call!

What you’ll need before you start

Needs and wants are two very different things… we don’t need anything from you to start but there’s certainly things that make our life easier if you can come to us with them, so let’s talk through some things that make our processes easier if you have given some thought to!

Branding

As you may already know, we have our an in house team of highly skilled brand designers that would be more than happy to help if you were looking to rebrand parts of your business. Websites are incredibly complex and require intricate branding elements that you may not already have, our team will more than happily work in tandem with your current branding to expand on it.

Inspiration

When I ask people what type of websites they like, I often get a look of uncertainty, because most people have never thought about it. When I ask people if they like a specific website it’s always a yes or no! So to put this in practice we’d love to see some yes’ of websites that you have come across whether it’s in your industry or a completely different one that you like, whether its the style, layout or colour it’s always useful to get an initial understanding of your taste!

Budget

Budget is a difficult one, because you may not have one. If you do then amazing we’d like to know it for us to get an initial understanding of what we may or may not be able to offer you to fit within this. If you don’t have a budget, that’s absolutely fine instead of leaving it blank, play a little game with your colleagues; based on the quality of the website of Tweyelight Digital, combine that with the ideas you have for how you want your site to include and have a guess what we’d charge!

Services

At Tweyelight we offer a large range of high end digital services, but they may not all be needed for you and your business - take a look through our services page and think through which may be required for your project. A few others to think about that you may not have are photography and videography for the site, copy writing and ongoing services for marketing and SEO.

What happens next

Now that we know a little bit more about you, or have some contact details for you, we will make contact in the next couple of days to get you booked in for a discovery call. If you’re unsure what the process looks like beyond this stage, we’ve put together this blog talking through the onboarding process!
