Onboarding with Tweyelight Digital
Once your quote has been discussed and accepted, we then need to get to work! There are several key steps that we begin to make a start with in the first month of your joining us at Tweyelight Digital, this blog will talk through some of the key steps that we will go through with you in that first and most exciting month of your project!
Tweyelight Portal Logins
Tweyelight are incredibly proud to offer a completely unique and bespoke in house portal login system for your project. The first thing that we will do is provide you with unique login details for the portal and send across a pack of resources to help you with understanding the page and how you can maximise your usage of it. The idea of having a login portal may sound strange, so we have put together this blog to help you with understanding why we do it this way and how it sets us out from our competitors!

Site Visit
Before we do anything, we like to get a true understanding of who we’re working with, and we believe no amount of video calls will equal the power of an in person meeting. No matter where you are in the UK we will visit you are your team and hope to build a relationship that will last a lot longer that the projects time frame.
In this visit there a few key things we are aiming to achieve.
Gain a true understanding of the team we working with, up until this point we would have likely only met you as the owner. But as I’m sure you’d agree your team is equally important to gain their views and understand their views on the brand!
Gain a better understanding of day to day issues you may be facing and open up a conversation about the benefits of automations.
take a look at any specific locations that we need to make sure our photographers and videographers need to capture when they do they’re visit.
Branding Meeting
Before we can make a start with any design and development, we need to know what we’re working with branding wise. Our Head of Design Erin will arrange a call with you to discuss in more detail about your exact requirements for any branding changes. Remember you will have already met her and discussed what is and isn’t needed in the project meeting - so this will be going Into the details about the requirements of each piece of the puzzle.
Photography & Videography
This isn’t always required, and prior to this point we would have had a discussion with you about how necessary it is. Unless your current content is up to the standard that we’d be looking for we generally highly recommend this. Its an opportunity for us to gather some incredibly high content from our team of skilled camera men and women that can be used both on your site but also for any other social media and or marketing uses!
Web Development Meeting
Once the building blocks are in place we will then host a call with you and our Head of Web Development Josh. Again similar to the branding, this won’t be the first time meeting Josh and it certainly wont be the last. It will be a really key opportunity to talk through in more detail both of your ideas for the site and the visions you have for it. In the design and development stage you’ll become best friends, but this call is super important to get a good basis of what we need to work towards.
What happens next?
Now we know everything there is to know about you and your project, now is where you sit back and relax and let us work our magic. Our team will now be working over the next 8-12 weeks on the design and development of the brand and the website, building tailored automations for your business and building an online presence that you can be proud of!
