SO, WHAT EVEN IS TWEYELIGHT DIGITAL’S PORTAL?
When completing projects we wanted to keep our clients updated about progression of their website with a space that was convenient and secure for them, so along came the portal. After the site’s are complete, if the customer decides to take advantage of one of our support packages then the portal becomes even more useful as you can upload tasks, see your chronological website and security audits, communicate with us quickly, access your documents and track the progress of your projects.
HOW DO I USE THE TWEYELIGHT PORTAL?
Once you receive your log in details you’ll be able to access your portal where you’ll see your project status, updates and important documents such as your contract, invoices and design documents. As the project progresses you’ll be able to see status updates and where we are in the timeline. You can use the navigation bar to easily contact us and send any notes or requests. After your project is completed, if you choose to sign up to Sunrise Support then you can use the portal to offload your digital tasks. Need some leaflets made? Maybe you need to fix an automation? Or perhaps add another question to your form? Simply upload your tasks to the portal and consider them sorted!
